Complaints and Feedback

Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Solarouter Roofing should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, please let us know. Here is how to raise a concern and what to expect. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
Contact us about:
- How your call or request to Solarouter Roofing was handled
- How your personal information was used
- Anything on this site that seems inaccurate or confusing
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers are independent businesses and handle their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. For a problem with work on your home, contact the provider first and keep notes in writing.
We still want to hear about it, since feedback keeps our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short may lose their place in the network. Solarouter Roofing cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's charges or decide matters for a provider.
Sending a Complaint
Email contact@solarouter.com and include:
- Your name and contact information
- When you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if known
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and the outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days, look into what happened, which may involve the provider, and reply with our findings and any action we are taking.
If You Remain Unhappy
You can ask us to take a second look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state licensing board may be able to help.
